- Have overall responsibility for marketing performance and contribution to business revenue
- Formulate and deliver the business-wide marketing and communications strategy and plan
- Conduct strategy reviews to ensure business objectives are being delivered
- Provide the leadership team with visibility on marketing strategy, delivery, and results
- Develop protocols to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued growth and expansion of our marketing activities
- Manage the marketing team structure and oversight of people development in these teams
- Report to the board regarding marketing performance and support of business objectives
- Be the custodian of the Toolbox brand and responsible for its continued evolution
