Get challenged.  You will: 

  • Have overall responsibility for marketing performance and contribution to business revenue 
  • Formulate and deliver the business-wide marketing and communications strategy and plan
  • Conduct strategy reviews to ensure business objectives are being delivered 
  • Provide the leadership team with visibility on marketing strategy, delivery, and results
  • Develop protocols to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued growth and expansion of our marketing activities
  • Manage the marketing team structure and oversight of people development in these teams
  • Report to the board regarding marketing performance and support of business objectives 
  • Be the custodian of the Toolbox brand and responsible for its continued evolution
