1. Trial Eligibility and Commencement
Participation in the trial is restricted to eligible schools, as determined solely by Writer's Toolbox and at its absolute discretion. The trial will commence immediately upon completion of the school's onboarding process.
2. Trial Duration and Access
Unless explicitly extended or modified by an authorised Writer's Toolbox representative, all trial access to the Toolbox will automatically terminate and be deactivated on 2 April 2026.
3. Trial Inclusions and Limitations
The trial includes one (1) school account per participating school. The trial provides unlimited teacher licenses. Student licenses are strictly limited to one (1) class or a maximum of 35 students, whichever is less.
The trial expressly excludes diagnostic writing tests.
4. Prize Draw and Extension
Three (3) schools participating in the trial will be selected to win a free one-year subscription to Writer's Toolbox, commencing in September 2026 and concluding in July 2027.
For the three winning schools, their 2026 trial access will be automatically extended through to July 2026. The free one-year subscription prize includes a diagnostic test for each winning school.
5. Winner Notification and Marketing
Winners of the free subscription will be notified in March 2026 via direct contact from Writer's Toolbox.
By accepting these terms, all participating schools agree that winning schools will be publicly announced via Writer's Toolbox marketing channels and may be included in future marketing campaigns, which may involve, but are not limited to, filming or photography.
6. General Conditions
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory for all schools participating in the trial and the associated prize draw.
The total retail value of the free one-year subscription prize is up to £30,000 per school.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Writer's Toolbox without prior notice.
